No account registration is required to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring your device and system meet the App's operating requirements, and for all activity conducted through your device.
3. Rules of Use
When using the App, you agree that you will not:

- Upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes the lawful rights of others (including image/likeness rights, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights);
- Use the App to engage in fraud, harassment, defamation, or other conduct that harms the rights of others;
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the App;
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or related services.

Uploaded Content: You represent that you hold all necessary rights to any photos, videos, or other material you upload through the App ("Uploaded Content"), and that such content does not infringe the lawful rights of any third party.
AI-Generated Content: Certain features of the App rely on third-party artificial intelligence services to process your Uploaded Content in order to generate corresponding content. For details on how this is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You understand and agree that Generated Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise not meet your expectations, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy or suitability of Generated Content.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the content you generate, download, or share using the App, and for ensuring it is lawful and compliant.
5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Points
The App may offer paid services such as points purchases and PRO+ membership subscriptions, processed through the app store's in-app purchase mechanism. Specific pricing, subscription terms, auto-renewal, and cancellation methods are as displayed on the applicable app store page. Except as required by applicable law or permitted by the app store's policies, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

Certain features of the App rely on third-party service providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, AppsFlyer, Meta, and Firebase) for support. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of such third-party services. When using the App, including any features used while driving, you must comply with local traffic laws and prioritize road safety at all times; we are not responsible for any traffic accidents or losses arising from your use of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. If you are dissatisfied with the App, your sole remedy is to stop using it.
